Intel G45 Express Chipset
Intel Pentium III Processors

Pentium III microprocessor family was an evolutionary upgrade from Pentium II. The Pentium III processor is ideal for high performance applied computing. It supports highend communications, transaction terminal, and industrial automation applications. While incorporating new features and improvements, the Pentium III processor remains software compatible with previous members of the Intel microprocessor family.
The Pentium III processor is validated with multiple chipsets for maximum flexibility and scalability. Combined with the Intel 840 chipset, the Pentium III processor provides high performance and bandwidth including dual processing and a second PCI bus. The 815, 815E, 810 and 440BX chipsets provide a scalable platform supporting a wide selection of Celeron® and Pentium III processors ranging from 66 to 133 MHz processor side bus speeds. The 440BX AGPset supports ECC for the highest data integrity and ISA for legacy I/O. The Intel 815, 815E and 810 chipsets utilize Intel Graphics Technology, an integrated graphics platform which provides more stability, higher quality graphics and a reduced OEM bill of materials cost.

Basics of Web Hosting
Before starting a website, try to locate a good hosting provider, a host is basically where you domains are parked, hosts will provide space for your website. Many hosts offer unlimited space for your websites, unlimited domains and unlimited FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP Allows you to transfer data from your site to your host, so you can build a site on a different network and transfer it to your host and you will get that website on the domain you currently have on the host. Some hosts offer limited space like only 200 GB of disk space. A Domain is the name of a website, you can transfer them from host to host if you don't like your current hosting provider and you want a new one, so you basically have millions of options with what you wish to do with your website.
A hosting site could determine how good you website will turn out if your new to website design. Try to find more information about hosting providers before you sign up because that could lead to a failing website and some wasted money, do some research or look for some reviews online.

Web Cameras

Web cameras or so called web cams are video capture devices connected to computer networks. They are mostly used in video telephony, making a web cam as video phone or video conferencing device.Other popular uses include recording of video files or still images.
For making a feature film, short documents, taking the videos of children in our house, or video chatting with a friend, it is very essential to have a web camera attached to a computer.
Start using your webcam and watch the magic happen. You can see your far off friends and chat with them live.
Computer Peripherals
The most common peripheral devices attached to a computer are printers, scanners, disk drives, tape drives, microphones, speakers and cameras.

Printers
In computing, a printer is a peripheral which produces a hard copy, a permanent readable tex or graphics of documents stored in electronic form, on a papers or transperancies. Printers are used as local peripherals attached by a printer cable to a computer which serves as a document source. Some printers, commonly known as network printers, have built-in netword interfaces and can serve as a hardcopy device for any user on the network. Individual printers are often designed to support both local and network connected users at the same time.Printers are designed for low-volume, short-turnaround print jobs; requiring virtually no setup time to achieve a hard copy of a given document.Solid ink printers, Liquid inkjet printers, Dot-matrix printers, Line printers are some of the types of printers of modern times.Wednesday, April 15, 2009

Energy Efficient Chips from Intel
Intel energy-efficient processors for laptops. Intel Corporation has launched four varieties of processors: - an ultra-low-voltage 1.1GHz Pentium M, an ultra-low-voltage 900MHz Celeron M, a low-voltage 1.3GHz Pentium M, and a standard 1.4GHz Celeron M.
Intel updated the latest chips on the lines of energy efficienct processors geared towards small, light weight notebooks.
The energy efficient chips have low clock speeds, but they use least power of any of Intel's notebook chips. Manufactures typically use these chips in their thinnest, lightest models. Because the chips consume less power, they produce less heat, thus allowing companies to put them into thinner chassis and enabling them to use smaller batteries, which reduces weight.
Intel separates its chips by price and performance. The Pentium M offers the best performance and lots of features, while the Celeron M costs less, helping PC makers to deliver lower-priced notebooks and tablets.

Motherboards
A motherboard is the central or primary circuit board making up a complex electronic system, such as a modern computer. It is also known as a mainboard, baseboard, system board. Most after-market motherboards produced today are designed for so-called IBM-compatible computers. The basic purpose of the motherboard, like a backplane is to provide the electrical and logical connections by which the other components of the system communicate.
The motherboard of a typical desktop consists of a large PCB. It holds electronic components and interconnects, as well as physical connectors (sockets, slots, and headers) into which other computer components may be inserted or attached. Most motherboards include, at a minimum: sockets in which one or more microprocessors (CPUs) are installed.
Intel Core 2 Duo Processors
The Core 2 Duo processors are the best processors in the world. The Core 2 Duo desktop processor packs 291 million transistors yet consuming 40 percent lower power delivering the best performance needed for the applications of today and tomorrow. The Intel Core 2 Duo processors are built in several of the world's most advanced, high-volume output manufacturing facilities using Intel's leading 65-nanometer silicon process technology. The desktop PC version of the processors also provide up to a 40 percent increase in performance and are more than 40 percent more energy efficient versus Intel's previous best processor.
The Intel Core 2 Duo processor family consists of five desktop PC processors tailored for business, home, and enthusiast users, such as high-end gamers, and five mobile PC processors designed to fit the needs of a mobile lifestyle. With the power of dual cores, or computing engines, the processors can manage numerous tasks faster. They also can operate more smoothly when multiple applications are running, such as writing e-mails while downloading music or videos and conducting a virus scan. The Intel 965 Express chipset includes the latest integrated graphics and Intel Clear Video Technology. All these chipsets are Microsoft Windows Vista Premium Ready.
